Shipping & Handling Policy
Shipping charges are based on the pre-tax merchandise dollar amount of your order after any deductions or promotional discounts. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $65.00 or more will receive free shipping. At this time, Botanical Vine is only able to ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Any order that is returned to the Botanical Vine because of an undeliverable address can be reshipped for an additional shipping charge equal to the cost of the new label (not subject to flat rate pricing). We will contact you for payment or your order will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable in this event.
Delivery time is based on two factors: order processing time and transit time. In-stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Please allow approximately 2-3 days from receipt of order for shipment notification from our facilities.
Once we have delivered the package to local shipping services, it becomes difficult for us to predict the delivery time. During peak periods, you may experience longer than average order processing time. Based on your shipping address, Botanical Vine will determine the most efficient method of delivery. Orders are typically delivered within 7 days of placing the order, and slightly longer for customers in the Western United States. If you are concern about the delivery of your products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve any issues. However, please note that we have limited options and information once the shipping carrier is in possession of the items.
The Botanical Vine typically ships packages using USPS or FedEx.
We’re unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.
You will be notify via email when a shipping label is created for your order. This email will include a tracking number and link that will direct you to the shipping carrier's website. If you lose or did not receive your tracking number please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation and Adjustments
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will be in touch with you to discuss a solution. Options might include back ordering, an exchange or a refund.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must notify us prior to receiving a confirmation of shipping. Please do so via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Special Delivery Instructions
If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the "Order Notes" text box at checkout. This might include notifying us that these items are gifts, a gift message to include with the order or other important details. Please email us with further questions or concerns.
